Sensei Dominic Foster



Sensei Dominic Foster Sensei Dominic Foster, 6th Dan in Aikido and 6th Dan in Aikijo, started practising Traditional Aikido in September 1980 at Wolverhampton Polytechnic (now the University of Wolverhampton).

Sensei Foster is a fully qualified Senior Instructor in the Aikido Fellowship of Great Britain and is a BAB Senior Coach (Coach Level 3).

He founded Fleet Aikido Club in September 1986. Currently, Fleet Aikido Club constitutes the southern most club within the Aikido Fellowship of Great Britain.

Sensei Foster is the southern contact point for the Aikido Fellowship and is the Aikido Fellowship Legislation and Health & Safety Officer.

Sensei Foster is also the Data Protection Officer for the Aikido Fellowship and was the Data Protection Officer for the British Aikido Board , the Sports England recognised governing body for Aikido in the UK, for over a decade.

He was elevated to the grade of 6th Dan in Aikido by Shihan R Reynolds in July 2005.
